What Is Autism?

Autism is a life long neurological condition that affects the way a child receives and processes information. It typically appears during the first three years of a child’s life and affects a child in several key areas. About The Speaker

Born and raised in Michigan, John Sandy Campbell has lived in Los Angeles for over 20 years and considers Los Angeles her home away from home. She is a UCLA, Loyola Marymount University, and UC Berkeley-trained educator with over 20 years of experience in special education. Additionally, she holds two legal degrees from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law.
